We are looking for someone to help us take the next step in connecting Mons to the North American market and continuing to enhance the service we provide.Located in the Sea to Sky region of BC, Canada, the successful applicant will support the customer needs for our North American market, as well as help our small, passionate team with other sales related tasks.You will be working with the support of the Customer Service Manager to complete these tasks to the high level our customers deserve, with a combination of guidance, mentorship and an expectation that you can identify and deliver new opportunities.

All whilst bringing the passion you share for our core beliefs and displaying this through your enthusiasm and assertiveness.What you’ll be doing Communicating and liaising with our B2C customers to assist all of their needs, including managing all returns, exchanges and warranty requests.

Processing orders for all consumer and retail channels.

Liaising with 3PL distribution facilities and managing all order and stock dispatches from those locations.

Assisting B2B customers with general tasks and information.

Managing the accuracy of inventory at our North American warehouses.

Be the primary contact on the customer service phone line.

Support additional team members with other general tasks as required.

Thriving within a small, ambitious, and hard-working team.

Requirements The ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced apparel business.

Have excellent attention to detail, along with great time management skills.

Be exceptionally organised with strong verbal communication skills.

Have experience in a similar role.

Have that self-starter mentality with the capability to execute without constant supervision.

Be an advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel / Outlook and be technologically savvy.

Be happy to be a part of and collaborate within a strong, but small Mons team.
