We are looking for bilingual customer service professionals in the Moncton area to join the National Channel Support (NCS) Help Desk team. This is a great opportunity where you will develop your skills and join a friendly and inclusive team. 

This team is responsible for providing phone or written support to internal partners and customers regarding mobility inquiries. The NCS Help Desk team is also responsible for troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Bilingualism (English and French), required;
  • Ability to provide solutions to complex problems;
  • Must be customer-oriented and can establish strong relationships;
  • Demonstrated credibility and ability to collaborate with internal partners to ensure issue resolution;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills –  must have the ability to communicate with internal/external teams effectively;
  • Ability to develop and maintain a good work climate;
  • Autonomy and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent time-management skills;
  • Strong proficiency within M.S. Office Suite with working knowledge of Excel;
  • Knowledge of mobility products and services, a strong asset.

Hours of Operations:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 9:00pm;
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
