Nordia: Customer Service Representative (Canada Post – Incoming Calls) Bilingual

With the current situation regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery services are an essential service for all Canadians and you will have the opportunity to play a key role in helping them with their delivery status, redirected mail and any general inquiries.

We expect representatives to offer an efficient, courteous, professional service adapted to the needs of the customers.We offer:Salary of $15.72/hour after training with the possibility of career progression and transfer to our commercial line of business (salary up to $16.25/hour)Fully paid 20-day training (Monday to Friday, an hourly rate of $13.10/hour during training)An hourly premium for bilingualism and weekend shifts; All the support needed to help you reach your full potential; A full range of benefits after 6 months of service.What is needed to join the team: Friendly, empathic and dynamic: attentive and able to build a relationship of trust with the client; Experiencein customer service; High school diploma (secondary V); Available full-time to complete trainingBe available to work between 30 and 40 hours per week in the following time slots:Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.M.

and 11:00 p.M; Saturday and Sunday between 9:00 a.M.

and 9:00 p.M; You wish to work these hours in fewer days per week (4 days per week), it’s possible!
