About the RoleThe Client Service Coordinator is responsible for all administrative work and coordinator functions related to Client Services’ tasks and responsibilities.

This incumbent will actively support Client Services in regard to all operational work/functions under Client Services team.

The Client Service Coordinator will be reporting to the Vice-President, Client Services.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreates, updates and manages all internal paperwork and administrative documents related to Client Services activities and processes, Support any CS documentation and website updates.Making sure clients’ lists and contact info is accurate.Manages and updates all CS activities’ calendars.Manages and updates the CRM/Marketing PlatformManages information request process and assigs as emails come in from Numeris external websites.Creates, updates and manages all COS (change of status forms) Qualifications & ExperienceUndergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred1 – 3 years as an administrative coordinator or equivalentMS Office 365Salesforce or other CRM platformsExcellent Communication SkillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and take directionEager to learnDigital mindset, media industry knowledge an assetAbility to be innovative and bring forward ideasVery well organized with previous coordination expertiseInfosys or media industry platform knowledge would be an assetWhat’s in it for you?Competitive benefits package and group savings and retirement program.Career growth opportunities within the Client Service TeamEducation reimbursement – for those wishing to pursue additional professional development, funding of up to $1000 per year is available through our education reimbursement program.Work-life balance –we offer paid days off during the holiday closure between Christmas and New Year’s Day.Perkopolis – participation in a program that provides exclusive discounts on products and services to employees.
