Reporting to the National Manager Central Store Support, the Operations Support Analyst supports PartSource stores with their use of PartsWatch POS System.

The Operations Support Analyst is responsible for enhancing the quality of store support and improving service level agreements (SLAs).What You’ll Do Resolve time-sensitive PartsWatch POS system issues for PartSource stores Problem solve issues as they relate to PartsWatch, other CTC systems, or operational non-compliance Work directly with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to: Manage and resolve support requests Establish and document standardized procedures and best practices Utilize system data to analyze and resolve issues Create and manage support tickets Work with Help Desk to enhance their knowledge base documentations Engage appropriate internal and external resources per situation per incident What You Bring Working experience with PartsWatch POS system and an understanding of interdependencies between functional areas of the system Knowledge of Service Now Help Desk ticketing system Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and investigative skills Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Intermediate knowledge of SQL Language, Microsoft Excel and Access preferred About Canadian Tire CorporationCanadian Tire and its family of companies are boldly shaping retail in Canada and we continue to deliver a positive experience for our customers.
