Our client a small, successful manufacturer of clothing accessories is currently searching for a Customer Service Representative/ Administrative Assistant to join their team in Mississauga.You will be part of a team of 4 that will open the new ON location.This is a great opportunity for someonethat likes to wear many hats and is passionate about their role.Job Duties: Customer Service:Taking inbound calls and transferring accordinglyEntering customer information into internal databaseFollowing up with customers within an acceptable time-frameAssure inventory for orders and distributionManage orders and discrepancies Office Administration:Assure supplies and inventory levels are maintained as required for placed ordersAssure efficiency of all office equipmentRunning reports using ExcelCollaborating with USA employees to assure consistency Creating documents within Word & PowerPoint Requirements:3 years minimum office/customer service skillsBilingual French & English is an added bonus but not necessaryAble to improve process and support office teamStrong communication skills to manage customers over the phone and via email
