Deloitte Global is seeking a high performing and motivated candidate to translate CoRe Procurement strategies into actionable sourcing events.

You will be responsible for leveraging the full capabilities of Deloitte to reduce costs, create efficiencies, and improve supplier relationships through the alignment with the Deloitte Global Strategy.

What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Procurement Analyst, you’ll be responsible for: Managing, coordinating and supporting RFx and contract renewal activity.

Owning strategic sourcing responsibilities across assigned CoRe Procurement categories.

Driving contract negotiation results.

Identifying opportunities to reduce spend by driving more category-level sourcing events.

Advising and solutioning with senior level personnel on procurement and/or contracting strategy About the team Deloitte Global Culture: At Deloitte, we expect results.

The CoRe team makes an impact by providing eight fundamental services to Deloitte around the world: knowledge services, creative services, contact center, procurement, real estate, data protection assessment services, data management services and research services.

We develop new and innovative ways to improve how services are delivered across the Deloitte organization, leveraging our global scope and strength to serve our organization across borders.

CoRe Procurement is a service line of Deloitte Global and is an internal service organization with responsibility and oversight for procuring the products and services to support the Deloitte Network of globally distributed offices, service lines and enabling areas Enough about us, let’s talk about you You are someone with: Bachelor’s Degree with significant related work experience required; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a Procurement role, with minimum 3 years in a global procurement capacity.

At least 2 years of relevant work experience in managing, coordinating or supporting RFx activities.

Ability to collaborate and influence senior level stakeholders in all US time zones is required.

Flexible with ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Experience with the strategic procurement process in a large, decentralized environment is preferred.

A team player, have strong analytical skills, and be able to work under tight time constraints.

Must be organized with excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written.

Must be able to work independently, with an ability to interact and build consensus among people.

Experience working on a virtual team is required.

Personal interest and a willingness to stay abreast of trends and disruptive technology is highly desired.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, required.

Knowledge of Visio and Project preferred.
