We help Canadian riders access the knowledge and gear they need so that they can spend less time worrying over logistics, and more time on their wheels.

Starting Wage: $18 / hour What you’ll be doing: Assisting our customers in navigating our wide array of parts, tools, accessories, and apparel (no sales targets, no quotas, no orders, no stress).

Navigating through our various computer programs to find the best methods in servicing our customers.

Utilizing a knowledgebase to develop a strong understanding of various product details and comparisons.

Performing with substantial autonomy, taking initiative, and independently assessing cases to the best of your abilities (We don’t believe in micro-managing.

We trust our process; if you’re a FortNiner, you know what you’re doing.) What we’re looking for: Customer Service Experience an asset, but not required.

Bilingual: English & French with excellent communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency.

Solid computer skills/experience.

Excellent at online research.

No powersports knowledge whatsoever required.

We’ll provide you with access to online learning modules, both for FortNine systems and others, that’ll allow you to grow professionally.
