This is a great opportunity for anyone who has previous customer service experience or for someone who excels at helping people and providing assistance by phone or by email.Job duties and responsibilities include: Work in inbound call taking department and answering emails from customers You will solve problems related to several aspects of customer service: billing, questions about purchased products, follow-ups on orders, shipping etc.

Assisting customers with any product knowledge Assisting with refunds and exchanges of products As a customer service agent, you will contribute to the exceptional customer experience your customers need.All candidates encouraged to apply!
