Remote Customer Service Associate

Job DescriptionPlease note: This positiondoes NOT qualifyfor the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program or the Provincial Nominee Program due to the Work from Home location.As aCustomer Service Associate, you are responsible for providing front line service that resolves general inquiries or issues related to mail, parcel sending/delivery, mail forwarding/holding, community mailbox, and other postal services, including money orders.A typical day would include:Respondingtoincoming calls, ask the right questions, track mails/parcels, provide information and assist in ordering CPC/Philatelic products and services.Initiate investigations and create requests,to ensure resolution of customer issueCalm irate customers and attempt to de-escalate tense situationsPromote and educate customers on offers and promotions and new productsThis is the right job for you if you can:Have the ability to communicate fluently in EnglishCope with stressful and challenging situations with customersWork seamlessly with dual screens and multiple applications (more than 5 at a time) while responding to and resolving customer concerns.Upsell products and services (It is mandatory to pitch offers available on every call)Maintain reliability, schedule compliance, and performance metrics at the required levelWhat’s in it for you?We provide you with all of the equipment; you only need an internet connection$15.00

We also provide a webcam that is required to be used for training and team meetings.You must have a secure, quiet, distraction-free work environment without any conflicting responsibilities during your scheduled work shift.
