This is a Full-time position in Kitchener, ON posted July 12, 2019.

Perform accurate and efficient front-line contact function for customers in a sales and customer service perspective for Internet Services.

This includes answering customer inquiries, assisting in the sales order process, ensure customer yearly subscriptions are renewed, ensure customer account balances are reviewed, ensure customer follow ups are completed, assisting with walk in clientele and any other general office tasks that may be required.

This position works within a team structure to provide quality customer care. Overall Responsibilities:
· Provide support to customer via phone, email and in-person
· Respond to general inquiries about services offered by organization
· Provide information and service recommendations based on customer needs
· Provide complete follow through on customer sales process, including documentation
· Perform other related duties as required Job Requirements:
· Knowledge and experience working in a customer service environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Successfully communicate with customers to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations
· Multitask and manage multiple, simultaneous customer interactions
· Convey information in a manner that is easy to understand and adapt to varied communication styles
· Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Intermediate Windows based PC and software knowledge
