Position: Sales Coordinator (Support) JP2925 Duration: 1 yearLocation: Waterloo, ON Job Description: The successful candidate will provide administrative and sales support for Bank’s Mortgage Broker Channel and Advisor National Accounts team.

You will be required to develop a thorough understanding of the Bank business, the uniqueness of its distribution channels and the service needs for each channel.

Reporting to the Head of National Accounts, the position would be expected to provide professional and effective support to the sales leadership team.

You will also be working directly with MGA and dealer back offices, mortgage brokers and others through the fulfillment of sales marketing material requests.

You will also be expert in maintaining and updating data on SalesForce, submitting and tracking expenses and budget management.

The National Sales Coordinator will act as a central point of contact for the sales management team.

The objective is to assist the senior sales leadership team in achieving a specific sales target from multiple distribution channels on a national scope.

Sales programs and marketing tools are provided to assist in the achievement of this goal.

Key Accountabilities: Manage all aspects of the Continuing Education (CE) credit process from submission to delivery Co-ordinate and monitor prompt distribution of marketing materials and sales aids as requested by sales team Maintain, update and organize content on internal SharePoint site Assist in planning and booking all meeting logistics on behalf of the national mandate Organize from invite to execution, some WebEx sessions Provide occasional support for new hire onboarding, leave of absences and terminations, including support for home office setup and system access Manage and report on Salesforce activity and detailed reporting that is specific to the districts Maintain all contact and related contact information on Salesforce Process invoices for region and track and maintain expenses Co-ordinate Bank’s participation in industry events, tradeshows, and client events including print material, digital assets and invitations for delegates Book travel as requested Qualifications: Post-secondary degree and/or the equivalent combination of education/experience Financial services experience is a strong asset Strong interpersonal, professional and diplomacy skills with a high comfort level in dealing with individuals at all levels in the organization Excellent PC skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel Strong organizational, time management and priority setting skills in order to meet tight deadlines Demonstrated ability to multi-task, show initiative, and anticipate needs in a proactive manner Ability to prepare and understand reports, and identify discrepancies in reporting Able to exercise discretion and tact in situations involving sensitive and confidential information Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Strong verbal communication and business writing skills
