Sales Representative and Support

This position is for you.

Our client is looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills to fill a sales representative and support position for their Laval branch.

You will play a key role in the company Your role is to analyze the needs of customers and then sell the products and services they will need.

You would be asked to make submissions and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Tasks: Perform business development activities to solicit new business opportunities.

Ensure that orders and other administrative tasks are managed to provide excellent customer service.

Know the entire company portfolio.

Make follow-up and development calls with customers.

Participate in company-driven marketing initiatives through social media networking or others.

Maintain good relationships with partners and customers.

Carry out any other similar tasks related to the position.

Requirements: Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in a business-related field or similar disciplines.

Minimum 1 to 3 years of B2B experience.

IT experience (an asset).

Bilingualism, spoken and written (French and English).

Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM and social networks.

Good communication skills.
