Senior Business Analyst to provide leadership support in the implementation of IT service management (ITSM)

This is a Full-time position in Guelph, ON posted April 30, 2021.

Our valued public sector client is in need of a Secret cleared, Senior Business Analyst to provide leadership support in the implementation of the following IT service management (ITSM).

Specific tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: Refocusing the current Change Management process into a full up Configuration Management capability; Developing and implementing a Service Catalogue; Supporting the web-based self-service capability for IT support; Implementing a service based cost reporting capability to support financial decisions; Planning and holding process review sessions with key stakeholder groups; Addressing questions, issues and concerns relating to ITSM in-service support (process, organization and technology); Following up on the Inter-capability Component Capability Transfers (ICCT) Transfer Implementation Plans (TIPs) to ensure that all ITSM resources have been transferred in the official systems of record and gathering support material and making recommendations in the evaluation of the resource transfers.

Preparing the necessary submissions as needed; Assisting in the close-out of any ITSM components in existing managed service agreements including forensics analysis, ITSM resource identification and the associated transfer of these ITSM resources via ICCT TIPs; Supporting the IT asset tracking and IT asset recapitalization transfers from/to the Other L1 organizations; Preparing ICCT TIPs as required from draft to completion; Reviewing, evaluating and making recommendations on decision documents; and Preparation of briefing documents and presentations to senior management.
