Sr.IT Support Analyst – Kofax Platform

This is a Full-time position in Kamloops, BC posted June 4, 2021.

Position Description: This position will focus on supporting the Kofax Application
– DIS (Document Ingestion Services) solutions for various delivery and currency indicatives.

DIS is comprised of Kofax, which is established at TD as a shared service platform for capture and ingestion.

Additional responsibilities include providing support throughout the lifecycle of a project, as well as on occasion SME input for day to day operations of the platform.

Your future duties and responsibilities: Accountabilities:
• Maintain and upgrade against the DIS platform.

• Work with team on upgrade of Kofax versions, certificates and ITS mandated currency upgrades.

• Work in triage when required with TD L2 support Team to investigate and resolve incidents.

• Communicate with all D&A Applications that have both a direct or indirect accountability with Kofax.

• Maintain high level of customer service, ensure commitments are met; recommend appropriate actions to enhance service levels, through effective service level management practices/ agreements.

• Provides on-going communication to key stakeholders, including Project Managers and DIS Platform Managemer to ensure they are aware of significant risks or enhancements status in a timely manner.

• Work as a Team Player with peers and delivery team.

• Executes and complies with TD’s enterprise methodology and governance standards.

• Develops innovative approaches to create solutions to resolve problems and significant issues within the Platform, including Automation and Cloud base solutions.

• Review SIP (System Implementation Plan) and participate in after hours project deliverables providing support when required.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Professional Skills and Competencies Requirements:
• Highly motivated; Excellent collaboration skills; Proactive communication
• Strong Knowledge of the Kofax platform, including o Kofax Capture (ver.

11), KTM, Analytics, Kofax Monitor, KIC (eg.

Scan, MFD, Folder, Email, Fax, Mobile) o Experience with KTA, with understanding of the SDK
• Strong Knowledge of building abstraction services, with cognizance of shared services usage patterns.

o SOA, REST, WS o Exposing Kofax capabilities as micro-services (eg.

API) o IIS, Windows, Load-balancing (F5), SQL Scripting and Blueprints
• Strong knowledge of .NET and applicable Windows development frameworks
• Experience working with TOSCA Blueprints and respective deployment automation techniques
• Experience working with VMWare/VMCloud environments
• Strong influencing, presentation, negotiation and communication skills
