Qualifications High School Diploma/ Under-Graduate / Graduate (preferably in a Business/Finance/Accounting related field) Competencies/Skill set requirements: Excellent communication skills (English) Knowledge on MS Office tools Good interpersonal skills Ability to meet stringent client deliverables Knowledge on Cards (Credit & Debit) Operations Roles & Responsibilities: MasterCard / VISA ATM & Fraud Disputes processing Disputes tracking and reporting Process changes /Ongoing disputes rules implementation as mandated by VISA Meet targets, KPIs and client defined SLAs Undertake other assignments as given by the mgmt.
