This is a Contract position in Vancouver, ia posted October 9, 2021.

Job Description As Support Specialist on our growing team, you’ll be responsible for creating a great experience for our existing (and soon to be users).

This involves responding to user questions, assisting users in new registrations, and helping our current customers get the most out of our platform.

You’ll be reporting directly into our Head of Customer Support as we continue to scale and grow our team.

You’ll be the front line voice of our users, which is mission critical for our organization to be the best it can be We’re looking for people to come in and make the most of this opportunity by helping us shape the future of our company.
