Since then, it has expanded rapidly to become Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain with 27 stores across the country: 12 in Metro Vancouver, 6 in Alberta, and 9 in Ontario (7 in GTA and 1 in Ottawa, 1 in Waterloo).The Role:Reporting to the Manager System Support, the System Support Administrator is responsible for effective provision, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure as well as to provide first level support for business applications in ensuring IT operations are running smoothly.Major Responsibilities:Develop and maintain installation, operational and configuration procedures for IT hardware and softwareInstall new / rebuild existing servers / workstations/network equipment and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etcPerform daily system monitoring and backup operation, perform system software maintenance, and verify completion of scheduled jobsPerform regular security monitoring Provide first level IT hardware and software support Mange and support mobile devices (i.E.

phone, tablet) Provide support on Temperature and Humidity Monitoring SystemMaintain IT hardware and software inventory as requiredPerform any other duties assigned by the superior(s)Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or Commerce is preferredAt least 2 years of experiences in supporting Microsoft Office365 and other MS products i.E.

Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, Flows, and FormGood working knowledge in Active Directory, Microsoft Azure and Exchange ServicesFamiliar with various MS Windows based system hardware and software administration including Office 365 suite, VMware, OS, database system, network, and system programmingPossess good writing skill with experience in IT inventory management is highly preferredKnowledge in PowerShell scripts is preferredGood communication skills, possess systematic & analytical problem-solving abilityAble to work on after office hours, statutory holidays and weekendFluent in English is a must, ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) is an asset
