He/she will be directly responsible for assisting all Targray employees with daily use of computing resources – hardware and software.ResponsibilitiesSupport end-user devices and peripherals locally and remotely.Build and deploy laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, and other related devices.Application software and hardware support, hardware troubleshooting.Manage internal telephone, voice mail and conferencing systems.Coordinate office relocations/additions/deletions.Provide user-training as required.Help to investigate network and endpoint security-related incidents.Assist in the analysis of business requirements and evaluation of hardware, software and network capabilities and compatibility to determine optimum IT solutions and configurations.Maintain IT asset inventory.Document implemented systems, including drawings.Research questions using a variety of manuals and resources.Document resolutions for future reference.RequirementsCollege degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).2+ years of user support experience.Be driven, self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges and projects.Ability to work independently as well as in teams.Ability to manage and support diverse environments including PC’s, laptops, tablets, phones, and mobile devices.Ability to demonstrate high-level commitment to customer satisfaction by responding and resolving issues in a timely manner.Understanding PC architecture and build requirements.Understanding of network equipment and devices (Routers, Switches, etc.)Knowledge of network architecture (WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, etc…) and IP protocols.Microsoft product knowledge (Windows Server/Workstations, MS Office Suite).Bilingual, French, and English, oral and written.
