Techical Support Analyst- Cobourg


This is a Full-time position in Cobourg, ON posted August 23, 2019.

This is a 4 months contract located in Cobourg ,Ontario.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Image desktops and laptops to maintain a standing inventory to the agreed level of pre-imaged items.

Monitor the level of pre-imaged machines and replenish stock accordingly for both new assets and loaner pool.

o Will be responsible for migrating their own data, copy to a folder and sync to the One Drive (cloud).

o Image will be local, along with a several large applications.

• Perform coordination with users in scheduling of imaging and installation activities, asset tracking and reporting progress.

• Provide notification to asset management Client Manager when quantities of pre-imaged machines exceed the images available.

• Perform validation of installation process and resolve/escalate technical issues with users as necessary.

• Performs installation of Software’s: Office 365, MS SharePoint, MS Intune.

Manage asset lifecycle according to company defined policies and procedures, to include coordinating end-of-life activities and re-purposing of assets to agreed specifications.

o Facilitate hardware replacement and refresh activities as per company defined procedures and follow-up for completion including receiving and adding the assets in the inventory.

o Good PCs will be re-imaged and return to user.

• Provide reports as necessary on a weekly basis to specified recipients.
