We are currently searching for a dynamic and self-motivated Technical Customer Support Engineer to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities Generally, this role will be responsible for: Customer Technical Support & Sales (90%) Handle incoming customer phone calls, live chat, and emails from customers Assisting customers with product recommendations and selecting the right product for their needs Assisting customers with technical support issues of their installed products, including the processing of RMAs as required Processing and managing customer quotations, sales orders, and payment collection Customer education of product functionality and technical information Provide suggestions for internal process improvements and internal engineering projects Content Creation (10%) Research and produce articles on Progressive Automations and Progressive Desk product use and functionality You will be successful in this role if you have: A technical diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a similar field of study Strong customer service skills as this role require regular communication with customers Ability to conduct technical research and write blog posts and articles for technical products Excellent English communication (written and oral) A demonstrated ability to assess a customer’s needs and provide recommendations Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and organize multiple priorities at the same time while working under pressure Ability to work independently and as a team member in a highly collaborative environment Based upon business requirements this role will be from Tuesday to Saturday, with rotation schedules between at home and in the office.
