Completion of college program in computer science/programming, network administration or dental health care; 2.

Minimum one year of experience working with dental digital design systems; 3.

Ability to communicate in English; 4.

Great analytical abilities and attention to detail; 5.

Teamwork mentality and willingness to assist wherever needed; 6.

Able to take initiative and execute assigned tasks in a timely and flawless manner; 7.

Strong passion for working in a fast paced and result oriented environment; 8.

Ability to work productively with limited supervision; Job Description
• Responsible for end-to-end post sales implementation from product training and support;
• Communicate with Evident’s customers experiencing difficulties with our dental digital designs;
• Determine and document problems experienced by Evident’s customers;
• Provide Intraoral scanner training and technical support;
• Consult Evident’s guides and manuals to research and implement solutions;
• Reproduce, diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by Evident’s customers;
• Provide advice, support and training to Evident’s customers in response to identified difficulties;
• Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
