Including but not limited to:Must be able to write coherently and clearly in English in order to leave documentation for all work completed.Email creation, migration, and set-up on a variety of devices and applications (Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, iPhone, Android Mail, etc.)Email delivery issues (client level, host level, firewall troubleshooting)SSL installation and troubleshootingCreate, edit, and troubleshoot DNS (A-Record, TXT, NS, MX, SVR) records for client domainsPut websites live and deal with problems relating to website up-timeFacilitate domain transfers and updatesExperience with WordPress, PHP, website and email hosting, CRM, domains, and comfort with cPanel are all considered assets.The Ideal CandidateExperience: Help desk tech support, customer service experience, and technical ability are considered assets. If you don’t have a background in IT, tell us why you think you want to work in tech.

What makes you the right candidate for our Tech Support team?Communication: You have strong telephone communication skills and can explain complicated ideas in simple terms that anyone can understand.
