Technical Support Team Lead

With a never-ending thirst for innovation and an increased workload, we’re calling on Toronto’s top tech talent to join the family What You’ll Be Doing: Oversees the work of Help Desk / Support team to ensure that all tickets are completed on time, and to customer specifications Manage all day to day functions of the support team Provide leadership around defining department specific objectives, strategies and processes; and recommends system changes or enhancements.

Maintain positive working attitude and mentor team to ensure customer satisfaction and team success Experience in providing services to agreed SLA’s and OLA’s.

Recommends changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Collaborate with other necessary associated teams Ability to work well with everyone from entry-level employees to upper management Prepare accurate and timely reports and communicate the status of tickets and escalations to team members and stakeholders Reports directly to Director of Service Delivery What We’re Looking For: Linux Experience Previous experience with POS software (ideally from hospitality industry) Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with little supervision Self-motivator Ability to take initiative and work under minimal supervision
