This is a Full-time position in Cote-Saint-Luc, QC posted June 7, 2021.

As one of our Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role on Wealth Management team.

You will partner with our external Sales Force Members (SFM) located in field sales territories, as well as internal sales representatives working within a sales division.

A typical day may include you providing marketing and administrative support while also making outbound calls to our advisors to schedule meetings with our Sales Force Members.

“I am the person Capital Group is looking for.” You have a solid background in sales/marketing experience including cold calling You’ve had previous experience coordinating large complex meetings and events involving participants in multiple locations, compiling meeting agendas, reserving meeting spaces, and arranging all details You have a conscious process that you rely upon to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Your background includes plenty of examples of times when you’ve taken initiative to raise issues, solve problems and get things done.

You are highly observant and have a great amount of anticipation.

This helps you prepare materials in a comprehensive manner, ensuring nothing is missed.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking and proactive teamwork is essential for success.
