Our POS system is evolving and our customers are demanding more product capabilities and more flexibility with the current feature set.

As a member of the Technology team, you will have the chance to work on our current cloud products to help deliver on our support commitments to our customers and will be responsible for troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex Production issues.Our current stack is React and NodeJS but if you have worked with other JavaScript frameworks that’s totally fine We also have some .NET, some Go and a Java service or two that occasionally need some love.

On the database side we are mainly on PostgreSQL while also utilizing Redshift and Microsoft SQL Server.

The Production Support team is poised for growth and along with that comes many opportunities to learn different skills both technical and non.YOUR DAY-to-DAYInvestigate by analysing reported issues, debugging through code, and reverse engineering systems to identify and address root causesManage the Production Support ticket queue and ensure items are prioritized and communicated according to our SLAsKeep up-to-date with ITIL best practices and tooling.Openly collaborate with your team to solve problems and learn from failuresFix it Ship it Own itALL ABOUT YOUExcellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of modern JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3Some experience in troubleshooting and debugging production web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like Express, React and AngularSome exposure to a backend language (we use NodeJS, but Java, Ruby on Rails, .NET, Go, etc.
