Work from home – Retail Support Representative – Bilingual


This is a Contract position in Moncton, NB posted May 16, 2022.

As a Retail Support Representative, you will support the store agents in various retail stores that sell the products and services from Canada’s largest telecommunications company. You will also handle calls from customers to assist them with their mobile number porting inquiries, account transfer or responsibility, as well as some billing inquiries. 


Here’s what your day will look like:


In this role, you will:


  • Respond to various requests from retail stores employees to help support the sales process and determine the optimal solution for the client’s needs; 
  • Contact existing customers to verify they have the right product or service according to their needs and habits;
  • Promote complementary products and services;
  • Provide an exceptional service experience to retail store representatives and customers.


Here’s what you need to join the team:

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and ability to quickly connect and interact with people;
  • High school diploma or equivalent completed;
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced computerized environment and perform various tasks simultaneously;
  • Excellent learning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
  • Experience in sales and technology, a strong asset
  • Ability to work up to 40 hours a week according to the following schedule:
    • Monday to Friday from 10 am to 10 pm;
    • Saturday & Sunday from 10 am to 8 pm;

  • Competitive base salary of $14.25 per hour after training (including a $1.25 premium per worked hour);
