This position will operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

This could be the Vancouver, British Columbia Customer Service Representative position you’re looking for, if you’re available for a long-term temporary engagement.

– Handle incoming telephone calls
– Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications
– Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
– Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements:
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
– Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
– Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
– Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
– Comprehensive knowledge of customer service
– Knowledge of database management
– Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g.

ACT, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
– Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
– Customer service and office administrative skills
– Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
